Conchas are an iconic traditional Mexican sweet bread that has been made for centuries. Even popular companies like Adidas are tapping into Concha Bread merch. Que son Conchas you might ask. Well, Conchas can be small like a cookie, or larger like a whole loaf of bread.

Other than the fantastic taste, one of the main appeals to conchas bread is the appearance. Conchas are a very decorative bread that usually have a nice crackle or flower appearance on the top of it. Let’s break down what we’ll need to make this bread as well as how to make it, while also giving our conchas our own personal twist.

If you like Concha Bread or you’ve been wanting to try it you are in luck, lets begin!
