Actress, singer and billionaire beauty mogul Selena Gomez will once again team up with Sephora in honor of World Mental Health Day on Thursday October 10th. The Make a Rare Impact campaign is back and will see Sephora donating 100% of global Rare Beauty sales on World Mental Health Day to the Rare Impact Fund. This marks the second year in a row that Rare Beauty and Sephora have teamed up to raise awareness on mental health and donate proceeds to charity.
The Rare Impact Fund is dedicated to providing mental health support for the community, Rare Beauty employees and partners everywhere. Focused on mental health and self acceptance, The Rare Impact Fund works to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and provide people with access to much needed resources to support their mental health. Last year, the Rare Impact Fund raised $7 million dollars in support of their mental health efforts. Gomez, an avid mental health advocate, has been candid about her own mental health struggles and diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
