Mariza Elizarraraz, Founder of Amigas on Tour
Founder of Amigas on Tour, a travel community created to empower women to explore the world, build meaningful friendships, and experience new cultures together. With a background in human resources and experience working with major companies including Amazon, PepsiCo, and Kraft Foods, Mariza made the bold transition from corporate America to entrepreneurship.
Today, she uses her passion for travel and community to create unforgettable group experiences that bring women together through adventure, culture, and connection. Her work is a reflection of her belief that women should never have to wait for someone else to experience the world—they can go together, as amigas.
Norma Garcia, LCSW, Therapist, Love and Relationship Coach, and Sound Bath Practitioner
Norma Garcia, LCSW, is a therapist, love and relationship coach, and sound bath practitioner who creates spaces for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their mind, body, and soul. Through sound, somatic practices, and nervous system support, she invites women to step out of the constant doing, release what they’ve been carrying, and make more space for deeper self-love and connection.
A proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, Norma believes healing can also look like joy, community, and experiencing more of life. An avid world traveler, she has explored 45+ countries, with her most recent adventure taking her to Africa with Amigas on Tour.
Alejandra Alanis, Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) Los Angeles
Alejandra Alanis, CISA is a Los Angeles-based technology and risk-management professional and President of ALPFA Los Angeles. A Senior Manager at Deloitte, Alejandra has built a career in audit, technology risk, internal controls, and SOX compliance, with experience supporting clients across the life sciences and technology industries. A first-generation professional and longtime ALPFA leader, she is passionate about creating opportunities for Latino professionals and students through leadership development, mentorship, networking, scholarships, and community engagement.
Through her work, Alejandra is committed to advancing Latino representation and helping the next generation of leaders recognize their potential and build meaningful careers.
