Our Special Guest – Jon Huertas from NBC’s ‘This Is Us’

Jon Huertas is an American actor and singer. As an actor, he is known for his role of ‘Detective Javier Esposito’ on the TV show, ‘Castle.’ Born in New York, he did his schooling in Winchester, Va., and later served the US Air Force for 8 years. Completing his degree in theater while in the armed forces, Huertas later moved to California to pursue an acting career. After working in a number of minor parts, his role as ‘Antonio’ in the UPN series ‘Moesha’ fetched him recognition. His other noteworthy performances were, as ‘Brad Alcerro’ in ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,’ as ‘Joe Negroni’ in the film ‘Why Do Fools Fall in Love?’ and as ‘Sergeant Antonio ‘Poke’ Espera’ in HBO’s miniseries ‘General Kill.’ He received nomination for ‘ALMA Award’ for his work in ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,’ and won a ‘PRISM Award’ for ‘Performance in a Drama Episode’ for his portrayal of ‘Javier Esposito’ in ABC’s ‘Castle.’

He is currently playing Miguel Rivas on NBC’s hit Drama ‘This Is Us’.
