With 15 years of award-winning sales and corporate experience Kiley is one of the very few women of color to own a mortgage company in the United States, Smooth Mortgage Company. Kiley won a mediation against a multi billion dollar corporation and took that adversity into helping career individuals establish a rockstar reputation and fast-track their career using her careerpeace model. Kiley has consulted corporations, artists and brands. She has worked in many areas of media, has a film degree and will be making her directorial debut in 2022.
