In our first Gold Edition Episode, we have the pleasure of speaking to Adassa the voice of “Dolores” of Disney’s Animated Motion Picture “Encanto”. We talk about her journey to Encanto, what the representation of our culture means, and her passion for music.

Our Special Guest – Adassa: Singer/Songwriter and The Voice of Disney’s Encanto “Dolores”

Adassa featured with Award Winning Artists Snoop Dogg & Pitbull and is in Disney’s ENCANTO (Nov 2021). She is a bilingual Afro-Latin Colombian Singer and VO Artist that has also toured and collaborated with Eyes Of Providence, Ciara, Missy Elliott, Tarkan, Flo Rida & Luis Fonsi among others. She is married to Gabriel Candiani and they have 7 children together.

Adassa has toured and collaborated with artists such as Daddy Yankee, Snoop, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, Ivy Queen, Don Omar, Flo Rida, Kevin Lyttle, Baby Rasta & Gringo, Wisin & Yandel, Baby Bash and Juvenile among others.

She also made high-profile cameo appearances with Ciara and Missy Elliott on “1, 2 Step” (Don Candiani Reggaetón Remix), with Pitbull on the title track record off of her second album Kamasutra, and alongside Tego Calderón and Roselyn Sánchez.
