Artist Spotlight – Millie Gibson
Singer-songwriter & versatile vocalist, Millie has focused the last few years in fine tuning her stylistic sound and developing her creative content into one finished product. Her soulful music stems from childhood influences Sade, Ella Fitzgerald, including modern day artists such as Alicia Keys, NAO and Lianne La Havas. Along with writing original content. Millie enjoys performing several different genres music counting Blues, Funk, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Classical.
Millie is originally from Winchester Va, where her mother first introduced her to the arts as early as she could begin to walk. Throughout the years, Millie’s love for music and dance elevated and soon transpired her wants in pursing music for a living. She later moved to St. Paul, MN where she then studied Vocal Performance at McNally Smith College of Music and earned her BM in Musical Performance with a minor in Music Business. Shortly upon graduating from McNally Smith in Fall of 2017, Millie then packed up her belongings a few weeks later and relocated to New York City.
Since moving to New York, Millie has continued working on her original music while also has begun pursuing modeling and acting- milliegibson.com.
