We are please to officially announce our full partnership between Wafi Media and Sacred Heart University ‘s Sacred Heart University’s School of Communication, Media and the Arts (SCMA). We will be working together to help spread awareness of Latino culture, representation and community.
Internship Program
Wafi Media has partnered with undergraduate and graduate students at Sacred Heart University’s School of Communication, Media and the Arts (SCMA) with great success. Since the spring of 2022, Wafi has had 5-interns from SCMA: 2 graduate students in the Sports Communication & Media program, 1 graduate student in the Strategic Communication & PR (online) program, 1 graduate student in the Strategic Communication & PR (on-ground) program, and 1-undergraduate student in the Strategic Communication, PR, & Advertising program.
Curriculum Program
Additionally, Wafi collaborates with Dr. Mark Congdon Jr.’s Advertising & PR Writing course as a service-learning community partner, where undergraduate SCMA students are helping Wafi develop advertising, PR, and social media materials.
