Chavez-Rodriguez works as the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the White House. The White Houses’ official website states, “Julie leads a team that has served as elected leaders, in state and local government offices, for nonprofits and intergovernmental associations,” She has written various pieces on political and economical issues such as Fixing Our Broken Immigration System: The Economic Case for Agricultural Industry and What Health Reforms Means for Latinos- and Young Sisters.
